I am seeking help with the Webdisk feature.
I have many Windows directories/files that I wish to place on webdisk. I created a web disk account and successfully copied a subset of the directories/files to the account through Windows XP explorer.
However, I am having problems renaming directories on the web disk (via the Windows explorer interface) because some of the directories/subdirectories have spaces in their names.
Sometimes renaming directories/subdirectories creates an error message in windows. Sometimes when an error is not received the "renamed" directory disappears from the windows explorer. After further examination through the cPanel file explorer, it appears that the directory did not disappear but now includes "%20" instead of spaces.
Is there any way to avoid these problems other than not using spaces in directory/subdirectory names?
Am I the only one with this issue?
