When configuring my email, which setting should I use. I am using outlook express.
Do I use POP or POP(SSL) or do I use IMAP or IMAP(SSL).
I am confused.
Help appreciated.

Just do POP. The settings they have on there a wrong so let me help:
On the generals tap the first one needs to be your email: mine is set as
admin@pro-games.org
The name, the email, and the reply address all need to be the same just like the one above. mine is set at
admin@pro-games.org
Under the servers tab you should see Incoming Mail(POP3): This needs to be set at mail.YOURFULLDOMAIN. Mine is set as mail.pro-games.org.
Next with the Outgoing Mail(SMTP): This needs to be the exact same thing as the Incoming Mail(POP3). Mine is set at mail.pro-games.org
Then you will see something about an account name. This needs to be YOUR email address. Mine is set at admin@pro-games.org
Ok, now for the last part. Switch over to advanced, you should see something like Outgoing Mail(SMTP) and in that box you need to type "26". I know it says it needs to be a secure connection, but do not click this box, because this will not work if you do so. As far as the Incoming Mail (POP3) this port needs to be set at "110"
Thats it! Try checking your email. Pleas let me know if that works or you have any problems!
Good Luck!

Thank you for your reply. The mail seems to be coming through, however I have 2 email addresses and everytime I log on to outlook express, I get a form coming up asking for my password. That is ok, but it only comes up for one of my email addresses, not for the second one. To get the form up for the second one, I have to restart outlook express and change the address to the other email. i8s that normal procedure?

That is normal. There is a setting you can change to limit this behavior, but I believe it would involve removing the passwords for both account (to log into Outlook Express, not the email servers OE is checking).
I don't use OE so I am unfamiliar off the top of my head with the settings.

I have my Outloook Express set up to import emails from multiple accounts from multiple sites. I don't have to enter any passwords for any of them. Since you already have your accounts set up, here is how to have OE import your mail with no password each time:
Open Outlook Express
Click "Tools" on the top menu
Click "Accounts" on the drop-down list
Click the "Mail" tab
Select your first account to highlight it
Click "Properties"
Click the "Servers" tab
In the middle of the page under "Incoming Mail Server" is a section to enter the specific email account name you want to import from.
In the "Account name" block, enter the specific email address that you want to import from. (e.g. myid@mymailbox.com)
In the "Password" block, enter the password you would enter if you were accessing the actual account in it's actual location. (e.g. where ever your myid@mymailbox.com is hosted)
Click the checkbox "Remember password"
Apply & save the changes.
Repeat procedure for secondary, terciary and subsequential accounts. When you are done, they should all import in one session screen without logging in / out to access each one.
