I am new user in hostmonster service. I have signd for two years offer,
I had two questions and posted them on the tickets service.

for some reason no body replies to my tickets.
it is dificalt for me to comunicate by phone therefor I must use the tickets service.

can you please check it and reply,

While the staff are most likely taking a holiday break, support tickets normally take a while to be responded to anyway, due to the sheer volume of them.
