Hi i can't use vbseo now. I moved my files to your host. And i got in trouble. And i'm not happy now. I opened a support ticket. And they wanted to ask me to this question to you.

"You can temporarily disable vBSEO by removing .htaccess and functions_vbseo.php file to get your forum running.
Please make sure that your host supports mod_rewrite and rewrite rules are allowed in .htaccess.

If it still doesn't work, please provide ftp/admincp/vbseocp access for troubleshooting."

I don't know what does it mean: "Please make sure that your host supports mod_rewrite and rewrite rules are allowed in .htaccess." Can you help me ? I contacted with vbseo-vbulletin-my thema companies for that reason. And every problem stars when i moved my files to your host. What should i do ?

First off, this is a user-to-user forum, HM do not read these forums. If you need to ask a question directly to them, use Live Chat or call them.

mod_rewrite is fully supported in .htaccess, so that shouldn't be a problem.

And exactly how doesn't the software work? Are you getting any error messages? If so what are they?
