Help, Closed Ports, Windows Vista, WebDisk

I have followed a few threads with respect to the error that pops up when you try to run WebDisk from the desktop for the first time on Windows Vista.

I have tried:
- Changing windows firewall settings by creating a new rule to allow for all communications on ports 2077 and 2078.
- Installing SP1 for Windows Vista
- Turning off my Norton Firewall.

I still cannot get webdisk to run and get the hosting off the ground.

Please help!!!

If you are running any kind of external firewall or router then you are going to have to open the same ports on that device as well.
