Hello,

I tried to access my site this morning and found a message that my account was suspended. I tried calling support, but they are on vacation. Live chat has disappeared as well. I tried submitting a ticket, but they have not even assigned it to anyone yet and that was several hours ago.

I did not violate any of their policies, nor have I exceeded any of their alotments, so why was my account suspended?

Is there anyway to contact hostmonster during situations like this? This is urgent!

Easier for you to say. Your site isn't down. Host74's mysql and eximstats are down right now, and I called and sent them an email since they claim all emergencies will be taken care of via email, and that they do monitor their servers 24/7. Right!

This is unacceptable. Now I'm stuck here laughing at the 99.9% network uptime guarantee. My server is down at least twice a week, and I just don't understand how HM can guarantee 99.9% network uptime? False promises.

You are in the user forum on Christmas telling us it is unacceptable like we can help you.

In the hosting world stuff like this happens especially in the shared hosting world. It is unfortunate to happen on a holiday. Just wait till Wednesday and call them explain your situation. I am sure they will take care of you as they always have for me.
