Hello, I had 3 sites that went down saying it needs a manual upgrade. ALL the files inside are gone except favicon.ico. Now the site is lost and I do not have a backup. I called support .. what 3 times and none of them gave me an awnser. Except one was giving me a great awnser and than the system overloaded with phone calls and it ended after waiting 30 minutes to get on with a support tech. Does anyone know how I can retrieve these? Is it hiding somewhere?
