File Question

I'm making a game with RPG Maker XP. If I were to let my visitors download it and open it and they don't have the maker installed, what would happen? It's a .rxproj file. The link is here. It just says

You would need to create a MIME type in cPanel for this. (I cannot tell you what it would be thouh). The best solution is to place it in a .zip file

So if I were to put it in a zip and create a application/zip mime, they could play it? I don't see how it helps.

Edit: I got it up but when I run it, nothing happens. Any tips? The link to the download is
