Os Commerce Instalation

Hi, everybody.
When I try to enter in os commerce admin or shopping folder i take a message like this " register global is disabled in your PHP configuration ... what i have to do to resolve this problem.
Can anybody help me.

register_globals is a security concern, so it is disabled by default for all Hostmonster accounts. I recommend patching your OS Commerce script to avoid using it. The patch can be found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2097
