setup gmp

I would like to installed gmp (http://gmplib.org/) on my shared host. please advice how can I setup this modules.

I would be very surprised if this got installed due to the nature of what it does.

Having said that though, check with the HostMonster support guys via Livechat or support ticket.. They have the final say.
