Based on what I saw when I followed your link, I'd say the problem lies with your Zen-cart interface, not your host.

MySQL server on 74.220.207.129 is down. All my database driven websites are down. Ticketing system does not work, and under the 866 573 4678 tech support phone number is only a prerecorded message! Sending e-mails to support@hostmonster.com does not help either!

Shared servers suck on Thanksgiving...

Looks like everything is running fine now. To bring the server back up in the middle of the night on a major holiday sounds like top-notch support to me. I doubt you'll find many other hosts that will do things like that.
