Fantastico Problem

I first installed Gallery but then I decided I didn't want it anymore so I tried to remove it but this error message came up.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico//includes/enc_removeconfirm.inc.php on line 26



Does anyone know what it means? I tried removing but it's slower than everything else.

It may be that you will have to remove the installation of Gallery the hard way ... manually. If this is the case, you will have to go through your public_html folder and look for all the files relating to Gallery and then delete them.

You can also look for these two files:

fantastico_fileslist.txt
fantversion.php

If you delete those two files (inside your public_html directory), you should be able to trick Fantastico into thinking there is not really an installation in the public_html folder. You can then install whatever program you want.

I deleted fantversion.php but I can't find fantastico_fileslist.txt.:confused:

If you can't find the file, then you probably don't have to worry about it ...
