Does anyone know how to make just one part of a image a link? The image is attatched.

You can either make an image map or slice your image into different parts, creating a hyperlink on the image section you want to make clickable. It is more common to slice images. To do this you will need an image editor that supports image slicing.

There is another way also ... using CSS Sprites. It's best just to give you the link so you can see for yourself, but this is the way I would recommend you do what you want:
