i just registered a week ago. i was wondering if the admin can install 123flash chat server on the server. i had signed up for bussiness plan something. do let me know if there are any conditions. i'd be very greatfull if it can be done so.

I would say probably not, and if they do you will need a understanding of SSH to install it. (like the above poster said best to ask for support)

For the price of 123Flash Chat I would get something a little less taxing on server resources. Hell for the price of it I would get Userplane which is hosted on their own servers. Take a look around plenty of good chat scripts for free to be found.

You will probably have to go to the Xoops website and look for addon modules or components that will deliver the functionality you are looking for. Of course, you only need to do this if you want your chat integrated into your Xoops structure. You can upload and install anything you want, really, as long as it won't interefere with your main site.

I'm not familiar enough with Xoops to point to a specific component you will be able to use.

I am not sure how you could intergate it into Xoops but I am sure it is possible. I take it you are trying to start some sort of social network?

Boonex Dolphin is a free Social Network script and it has Ray built in.
