I see this all the time and would like to know how to do it, perhaps I will use it for my site.
How can I take a screenshot from a whole page, or just part off and past it at my website ?

On your keyboard theres a button that says "Print Screen/SysRq" push that then right click paste or ctrl+v and ta darrr. Done. You can push the printscreen button and ctrl to remove the bar at the bottom I think...?

Then it will say "PrtSc/Sys Req" I think.. Which is pretty much the same as on a computer keyboard.

No, you have to click the "FN" Button on your keyboard at the same time. =P

For print screen functionality, try Gadwin PrintScreen. Its pretty good and has lots of options....

I'm sorry to be back with the same silly stuff, but I just don't get it done.
Here is what I want to do - I would like to copy a part of a website to one of my OWN pages that I build with "Site Spinner" Website builder.
Expl. I have a Host Review site, so I want to copy the "Account details from the Hostmonster plan" into my review page for HM below some text I already have.
First I open the browser windows with the HM page and my builder right.
Then, do I have to Highlight the part I want to copy FIRST -then hit "Print ScreenSys", or vice verso ?
Then - to past it in my page at the builder, is this considerate a Image, or text, or code ?
Sorry to sound like a complete fool, but I tried all but could not make it.
Thanks again for your help

Are you trying to copy text or an image? Because if its text just highlight it right click copy then go to where you want the text then right click again but this time select paste. If its a single image you can do the above aswell.. I think :D
But you don't need to highlight it for an image..

If you want to take a screen shot (a picture of your desktop), there are two ways to go about it.
1. If you want EVERYTHING on your desktop to be captured by the screenshot, then you just hit your [Print Scrn / SysRq] button on your keyboard. If you can't find it, look ... it's there.
2. If you want to ONLY CAPTURE the active window, say Internet Explorer and not any other windows or desktop files, then you press AND HOLD [Alt] + [Print Scrn / SysRq] at the same time.
Once you take the picture, open your favorite image editing software (or mspaint if you don't have anything else and press [Ctrl] + [V] to paste the captured image into the program. Save your image and upload it to your webserver like any other image.
To make it viewable on your webpage, simply link to the image and presto! ... your very own screenshot.

 A couple of posts ago there was mention of a screen capture program (Gadwin PrintScreen?). Have not heard of it, but it will probably get the job done. The Print Screen Sys.Rq button on your keyboard (laptop or otherwise) will capture the entire screen as a graphic. You save it as a bmp file and load it into a graphics program to delete what you don't want. Another options is to use a screen capture program such as SnagIt, or the screen capture utility built into ULead PhotoImpact or some other complicated graphics program which will allow you to capture an entire screen, a window, or a portion of the screen. If you google screen capture, you will certainly find a free-ware screen capture utility.
Gadwin PrintScreen (http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/) is freeware. I think SnagIt & PhotoImpact are payware...
Really comes down to whether you want to manipulate the final result in the same program doing the capture...
