Go to your host monster login (Cpanel I think?) and look for the back up bit..?

if you deleted it. goto the trash bin and click on the deleted file to restore it?

If all else fails, then you will have to contact support and ask them to restore that folder. I hope you had a backup of your site on your computer though ... :eek:
