Updating website

Can I update my website through Hostmonster? I've been trying to change some pictures and some dates of an event but I can't figure out how to do it.

First, finish making the updated site. Then upload the new site to your server.(With FTP or something else.)Delete the old site(With File Manager, etc.)which is probaly named index.html and rename the updated one index .html.

Use cPanel's File Manager; point to the file you want to change, then click on EDIT, make your changes, and save it. It can all be done through File Manager.
