can't access email accounts

hi, i hope someone can help me out here...
I have a website with hostmonster and in the control panel it has a mail section that allowed me to create email accounts with my website name for example
site_admin@sparksnarcs.com i can access them through the cpanel but i was under the impression i could use horde to access them independently from cpanel.

I can access all of them from cpanel but the people i created them for can't access them at all using their passwords.

any help would be appreciated.

(i saw a similer post that some one suggested a web mail link http://216.157.131.123/index.pl but that wouldn't open them either)

If you navigate to www.sparksnarcs.com/webmail (http://www.sparksnarcs.com/webmail), you should be presented with a login window. The username is the full email address and the password should be obvious (to the user it belongs to). A successful login will present a page where you can configure several things about the email account, such as using Horde or Squirrlemail, Auto Responders, and other setttings.
