I was wondering if anyone knew any good free forum hosters that you can use for your website. If you do, please let me know. By the way, does anyone know how to update your website with frontpage 2000? When i try to do it, frontpage always does just nothing. Any advice?

"Forum hosters"? I'm not quite sure that means, but you have two very strong options available at Hostmonster ... phpbb and smf. An account with HM will allow you to host your own forum. The software is free ... the account is not.

Have you tested your page in Internet Explorer before you uploaded it?
I used to be familiar with Frontpage 2003, but I use Dreamweaver and PSPad now for my web design tools.
As a suggestion:
You have too much javascript in your page. The popup window that says "Welcome to my site!" should be removed. If you want that statement, put it between <h1> tags or something. Users don't usually like to be bothered with clicking Javascript alerts for trivial things like that. Also, I would not keep the color changer as a hover tool. Make it a drop down list or something ... that way, when your users are moving their mouse around, they aren't presented with another popup window asking them to input a color. The mouse thing is also slightly annoying. The picture also doesn't load correctly ... probably an incorrect path for your img src.
For layout design, I would encourage you to use CSS and <div> tags for your page structure. There are plenty of templates on the Internet to help give you ideas on a good design. If you don't want to deal with CSS, then you can use tables for layout, those tables are not considered good design.
I would recommend trying to fix the layout issues in your web design program. You might also want to check your image paths and text color settings.
If you are using Frontpage to update your website, you will have to turn on Frontpage Extensions. You can sign into CPanel and click the Frontpage Extensions icon in the Advanced menu. Follow the instructions there and you should be able to update your site fairly easily.

I already tested my page in internet explorer7. I'm not sure if it will show the same thing as explorer 6 and below. I already have frontpage extensions. I'm planning to make a simple but exciting website. I'm new to this. Do you have any websites you reccomend for learning div and CSS? Would w3schools be good? By the way, on your website, how did you make the member login and the blue list with the links on the left of the page?

w3schools is an excellent beginning point for CSS. "div" is actually an HTML tag used *mainly* to create layouts for styling by CSS. Though closely related, they are not really the same thing.
Another place to go to learn more advanced ways of designing with CSS is www.csszengarden.com (http://www.csszengarden.com)
To find more, do a search for CSS tutorials.
One site I use a bunch for photoshop and other tutorials is www.tutorialized.com (http://www.tutorialized.com). They also have a section for CSS tutorials:
http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorials/CSS/1
These tutorials are designed as a "follow along" type learning. Meaning you can do the steps as you read them. Great way to learn.
... By the way, on your website, how did you make the member login and the blue list with the links on the left of the page?
...
I didn't actually create the design for my website. I used a template designed by a company called JoomlaShack. I have made a few simple CSS-based websites though. Here is one I made last year for one of my college classes:
http://personal.ecu.edu/mss0308/itec3000
Pure CSS design and simple to understand.

What are you trying to accomplish? The title of the thread mentions forums, but you're talking about Frontpage complications. If you want to host a forum, Fantastico can auto-install forum scripts for you. You won't be able to create a forum with Frontpage.

simple to use and functional. Or Dreamweaver but I think Coffeecup is a good all around program

So you want to write articles and post news about games, or you want to provide online games to play?

both of them

You might consider a CMS (Content Management System) like Joomla, or maybe a Blog system like Wordpress. Both are available for automatic installation via Fantastico, and can be extensively customized. It's like having a website out of the box that you can easily modify to fit your needs.

What's the difference between Joomla and joomla shack?
Joomla is the actual program. Joomla Shack makes templates for Joomla. Templates are used to customize the look and feel of your site once you have installed the program.

I already installed Joomla but i forgot the username so when i reinstall it, an error message reads:
Install Joomla (2/3)
The installation can not be completed:
- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain fungamesuniverse.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain fungamesuniverse.com (path="/home/fungames/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:

If you want to install to your primary domain, you'll need to delete the images directory. Joomla wants to create it's own images directory.
