How to import a mysql database?

i have tried to import a mysql date but without succes...

first i have maked a new database with the database wizzard, i turnt all priveleges on and in php myadmin i was trying to import te database but i gett this error: #1044 - Access denied for user 'myname'@'localhost' to database 'myname'

you must have a config.php or mysql file with the conection in and u need to edit thous details to your datab
