I am so confused and fustrated and I'm not even new! This is my third website using this site and I am having massive problems with getting my related pages up. Here is a simple explanation. Hope someone can help.

Main account (not real address)
www.northcarolinabeaches.com

Sub-domain
southcarolinabeaches

Under sub-domain a link to a photos page
photos.html

So, I have tried every conceivable combination but I am missing something.:(
It is already uploaded but I can't get a hit on it on the web. Here is one way I have tried.
http://www.southcarolinabeaches.com/southcarolinabeaches/photos.html

Then, since I am also using a forwarded Domain name for south carolin beaches which is www.southcarolinabeaches.us I tried that first too but nothing works. I have worked two solid days on this and I can't get it. Thanks for any help.

It sounds like you are getting the term "subdomain" mixed up. I haven't dealt with web design and hosting in awhile (school .... grrrr), but as far as I know, a subdomain cannot be accessed by typing it in as a full domain. For instance:

northcarolinabeaches.com is the real/full domain
southcarolinabeaches is the subdomain

To access southcarolina beaches with no other configuration you would navigate to EITHER:

http://southcarolinabeaches.northcarolinabeaches.com

OR

http://northcarolinabeaches.com/southcarolinabeaches

This is where I get a little sketchy so someone with more knowledge can give better information.

If you want to access the subdomain by a full domain name ... you will have to purchase the domain:

southcarolinabeaches.us ".com ".org ".whatever

And then, whoever you purchased it from, say GoDaddy because they are so cheap, you would go to the account page for that domain and forward southcarolinabeaches.com to southcarolinabeaches.northcarolinabeaches.com

You will have to play with the way you forward it to get the URL to look the way you want it to, but that is basically it in a nutshell ... and I hope I didn't sound too terribly ignorant on the subject.
