How do I set time zone for my site?

Is there a configurable option which allows me to specify my local time (GMT +10). :confused:

I need to have emails time stamped with the correct local time. ;)

The time offset from server time would be set in each individual application that you use. You can set it for Horde if you use that to work with email by going to Options, General Options and then there's a Locale and Time option in there. If you use a different email client, look around within the client for that setting. It is usually there. This still doesn't guarantee that emails will get stamped using your offset but it should. Most email software is built to do this correctly.
