cant get site up

I transfered a site to the public folder and cant get it tp view on the web. can anyone shed some lite.
I was trying to get ahold of someone on the phone since there isnt an e-mail address to send to but I don't have all day to wait

You need to have a page named "index" that has the extension .php, .htm, or .html (preferably .html in your case,) not an entire folder named "index.html"

Seems you have a folder named index.html which leads to a second folder named naturalremedies07 which leads to a proper index.html

Take all the stuff in the naturalremedies07 folder, put it in your public_html directory.
