Nobody knows an answer here ??!!
My auto responders don't work. I have 8 forms on my Website all going to a spec. e-mail account. Every account has a Auto responder.
Here now what's happen (or what does not happen)
As the Sender of a form is - form@pagewizard.com - , the e-mail administrator send the Autoresponder to form@pagewizard, and create a error message.
HOW CAN I MAKE the e-mail administrator understand that the Autoresponder has to go to the e-mail supplied by the person who submit and NOT to form@pagewizard ?
Or should I do all this over the cPanel / Email LISTS where the setting options are huge ?
This e-mail stuff is very complicated and I would like to know if you guys do having similar problems. I use HORDE to access e-mails.
