awstats and webalizer

I would like to be able to view my stats through these programs. I keep getting a message that there are no domains with awstats or webalizer to display. I went to the "Choose Log Programs" and checked off both, but I still can't see any stats.

It usually takes a day or so for the stats to be compiled.

My site has been up for almost 1 month and AWSTAT and WEBALIZER are still reported no domain. What should I do?:confused:

Best thing to do is contact Hostmonster support... follow the LiveChat link from the Hostmonster website

Xan, have you enabled those stat programs for your domian? I know it's a silly question, but it's one some have forgotten to do. These programs are not enabled by default. You have to log into CPanel, click on the Choose Log Programs link. Put a checkmark in each box next to the domain you want these progarms to collect stats for.

Then wait two days for the stats to compile. If you still have problems, contact support like r2b2 suggested.
