Hi - Curious if anybody has done this or has ideas: I have used a dyndns.com subdomain of 'homeunix.com' for years, but have recently been blocked. Now I would like to have mail for 'subdomain.homeunix.com' directed to hostmonster. Can this be done? As far as I can tell, the mail server wont accept mail for subdomain... it would work, but at the moment it looks like someone trying to relay spam.

Problem is, homeunix.com is dyndns and cannot be transfered, parked, etc. that I know of.

Any ideas appreciated.

Ok, looks like dyndns has a 'webhop' feature, so they can plug in my hostmonster domain for the homeunix.com domain. That works for www, will have to try email later.

No, email does not work, altho WebHop does, so the question remains: how can I get hostmonster to accept mail for a subdomain registered with dyndns.org ??

All I know is to pay dyndns a fee to have email forwarded.

you might want to ask hostmonster support. Use live chat.
