How do I know when I can publish Frontpage to my addon?

I set up my main (www.jestershelties.com); added an addon (www.hiddenacresshelties.com); installed the frontpage extensions; and requested that the previous host owner redirect to hostmonster. I'm assuming she did since the addon is no longer available online; however, when trying to publish from frontpage I only get an error message.

I put http://www.hiddenacresshelties.com in Frontpage to publish, is that not right?

Sorry if this has been answered already, I couldn't find it anywhere in the help or forums and I'm new to the hosting game.

I'm unable to access either of these two domains. Even if you haven't published any content with FrontPage, you should at least get the default index.html page supplied. Are you sure you've set up the DNS records to point to HostMonster?
