Uploading with FrontPage - problem

I just started with HostMonster and am having a little difficulty loading my website using FrontPage. I've made sure the FrontPage server extensions are loaded but FP still won't let me publish my site using Frontpage services. I can load using FTP, but it seems that when I do that, the navigation bars get lost and don't show up. Any suggestions as to what I'm doing incorrectly?

check your html code... the file path usually.
if you are using stylesheet or include file. Check their path is not link to local pc. :)
