source change control

I'm looking for a Source Change Control System I can host
on HostMonster. CVS looks too complicated and it appears
I would need to get shell access. This doesn't look
feasible if you have developers all over the world.

Anybody know?

Have you considered setting up a project @ sourceforge.net ? (Or is it not a public type project?)
