:) Just a Heads up, I recieved this message today from HostMonster.
We are pleased to announce a dramatic update to the control panel for k-disk.com. Here are some of the features you will receive:
- Exciting new look and feel
- Getting started wizard to walk you through your account.
- Install your own modules (Perl, PHP, Ruby)
- Customize the layout of your control panel. Put what you want where you want.
- Account level email filtering
plus many more...
This update will take place Tuesday, August 7th. During the update, you may see a momentary outage in your control panel of a few seconds. This update will NOT affect any of your services including your website, email, etc. If you have a bookmark to your control panel, you will need to change the link after the control panel update. To do so, go to http://www.hostmonster.com and login in the upper right corner.

I truly hope above anything else with an upgrade that Hostmonster will provide us access to our raw logs on a webpage with a list of at least 10 days running.
I was totally thrilled with the features of Hostmonster, but the zip file thing that refreshes everyday makes them totally useless. This has been a great disappointment to me as a new customer. Before I signed on I asked to make sure that there was access to raw logs. When they assured me, never in my wildest imagination did I dream that the logs would be presented in such an impossible way.
Raw logs provide the most comprehensive and usable information. In each line of every page view is all of the information. With the charts and graphs everything is broken apart so that you never know the IP addresses of the viewers and you never know what categories go with a specigfic page view. This is all solved with simple raw log access.
Let's just hope that Hostmonster will correct this major problem with an upgrade. It is such a rudimentary and necessary thing for any owner of a website.

I agree about the raw logs. I would love to have access to real-time logs, rather than archives at the end of the month.

Maybe I don't understand what you are guys are asking about but I have no problems viewing my real time logs of all the activity on each domain. I can hit a few links on my page, then hit the log again, and see all the GET, HEAD, POST, etc commands used to access the page.

I should probably be more clear. The HTTP logs are available real-time. I was looking for real-time FTP logs awhile back, and was unable to get anything more than archives at the end of the month.

I agree that these logs would be useful, My only concern (which I had with my old host) is that the logs are normally HUGE (30-50 mb a day). I think it would be a nice OPTION, that can be turned on via the Admin Pannel
It would also be a nice supprise to for hostMonster to have the ability to have multiple cPannel Accounts (Less Powerful sub accounts of Course)

Just wondering how you get to them - I haven't seen any real time logs anywhere... (plus you mentioned archiving - where's that found?)
