Cube Cart vanishes, can't get help

Hi,

I installed Cube Cart through Fantastico. I have set it up twice and changed settings, uploaded photos, did hours of work. Twice it was up for a few hours then all settings changed back to default, all my work vanished and the admin page said "page not found" and had a hostmonster.com link.

I went on Cube Cart support and was told most likely a host problem because it should be backed up. I went on Hostmonster chat and person said he never heard of that problem.

Phone support is out of commission, "all circuits are busy", all day now.

Is there anyone that can figure this out for me?

this is really really odd.... first time hear of it as well.

erm.. few hours back hostmonster was at schedule maintainance.
Not sure this is the cause or not. Quit unlikely is the cause

try install manually. upload the script and follow setup instruction.

Well I ended up uninstalling Cube Cart. I am beside myself. I have been working for a solid week on this. I installed OS Commerce. I don't know html and they have an entire page which must be removed from home page. I guess I made a mistake got parse error T-LNUMBER, have no clue what this means or how to fix it. So I can't access my page until I fix it. Any clues? I am really tired of this shopping cart stuff. I just can't get anywhere. Please help if you can.
