how to have multiple subdomains (of seperate domains) named the same

So here's my problem:

subdomain1.primarydomain.com is points to public_html/subdomain1
subdomain1.addondomain.com also points to public_html/subdomain1

What is the best configuration to allow identically named subdomains of different domains to have a unique folder and unique contents?
