the "index.html" page can not change

i am new in hosting
so i want to change the index page so i go to puplic_html folder and change it
after that i write my domain http://www.domain.com but it is do not change

Did you make a new, starting page named index.html ? You must name your new webpage index.html or else you must specify it in the URL ie:

http://www.musaiter.com/welcome.html or some other file name that you have created.

Try http://www.musaiter.com/index.html what does that produce?
