Can a create a second password to give to the third parties to manage/upload files into my main account.

You can only have one cPanel login, but you can create additional FTP accounts for file access.

Click FTP Manager in the cPanel main menu
Click FTP Accounts
Click Add FTP Account
Fill out the form fields
Click Create
