creat database

i am a new in hostmonster hosting ( i sign up yesterday)
and i want to Create new database from phpmyadmin but hi said (No Privileges )

how i can creat database?
help me please!!!!

Hi. welcome to hostmonster

you need to create mysql from the cpanel > mysql.
Add database, and then add user to this database.
After you add them, you can scroll down to phpmyadmin and access the database
