How do I build a second page ?

Obviously I am new to web site building. I have managed to build a primitive
"Under Construction" main page to my website. I want to build other pages to have potential customers land on a sales page for unique products. My domain is: consumeractionpress.com.

How do I create a page that would come up from this example:
consumeractionpress.com/newproduct ?

I would sure appreciate any advise.

Thanks for your response. I was not even aware of the html training available through Host Monster. It looks straight forward enough that even an old dog like I can learn some "new" tricks !
