Hello, I had 2 questions, first I followed your video tutorial and I have problem with your backup features. I tried the button DAILY BACKUP button the download start and stop at about 210Mo when I try to open it withi winrar it say the archive is incomplete. How can I do?
Second question, is it possible to sell my entire website to someone and my personnal datas updated to his datas?

for the backup file download... try to use ftp client to download. Will be more reliable and auto resume on broken download.

your account is registered with your billing information. Transfering account is not seem secure. You need to contact billing on this issue.

With an ftp client? Do you meen choosing FULL BACKUP and download throw an ftp client?
I tried the FULL BACKUP but the backup is only several kB.

I once had this problem, it turns out that windows will only allow a download of around 250mb. If you keep getting errors with FTP try downloading a download manager. I use http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ and it works perfectly for me. Just generate a full backup, once completed move the backup file to the public_html directory, set the permissions to 744 and enter the url into the download manager.
