New-and support can't find problem

Hi to all.

My problem is email sent from my site, a submit form to get a newsletter and my email link on my site. I can get mail if I email my address from aol but if I test the submit form or email from my site link, I do not receive the mail.

I have called support several times and they cannot figure out the problem.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I am new as I said. What code would that be? I am using the pagewizard form. It has been tested by support many times. The submit should go to my newsletter@domain, but it does not show up on webmail.
