how to creat tasks on the server?

i want to know how can i creat tasks in cpanel the function is there but i don´t know the commands sintax, where can i find that information?
one of others ideias if creat a alert/report of a bandwith usage

You're probably looking to use Cron. There's a pretty simple Cron interface in cPanel.

thanks for your help i creat i simple task and now i will wait for a result.
and now i have other question how can i receive this link using the cron:


1) http://mysite:2082/frontend/xpevolution/accounts.php
2) http://mysite:2082/frontend/xpevolution/stats/bandwidth.php

the objective is see the trafic and other information by mail but i think i need perform a login before, how can i send a autologin like this for example:

http://mysite:2082/frontend/xpevolution/accounts.php?user=user&pass=pass
