Webcam component

Does anybody here have any experience with webcam widgets or components? I have have found this one so far:

I was also hoping and practically needing it to somehow play Skype phone audio. So perhaps even a Skype video/webcam wiget (if it exists).

I have done a little more searching and come up with www.anywebcam.com. Does anybody have any experience setting up a streaming webcam? My first thoughts were to try it in Flash, but that would require either Red5 or FMS.
