Newbie here that installed a few programs from Fantastico and would like to have some sort of navigation system between the programs..
What would the easiest way be?

The easiest would be frames. The most professional would be CSS.

Would using includes be somewhere in the middle as far as difficulty?
Having a header & footer with the navigation, even if it is just text, would work for me.
Buy the way, you're site is very nice and would be perfect and I would assume uses CSS, but I'm not sure the learning curve involved...

Depending on the scripts you have installed, includes can be a major pain. I still haven't figured out how to get my includes to work with phpBB2, so I edit the template manually to display my header and footer.
My sites all use CSS. Boogerwelds.com needs severe help with the layout, even though it looks fine in all browsers. It was my first website, so it was designed with 100% tables.
UA-Tracker.com is my newest site, and utilizes 100% tableless layout with CSS. It is W3C valid HTML 4.01 Transitional, which is the most loose of the W3C rules.
Myphpscripts.net is somewhere inbetween. The major page layout is CSS, with each page utilizing tables for minor layout.

or just place a link in each script/site.
So user can browse to other section.
Forum and blog for example.
