Youtube video?

Ok so I don't know if this is in the right place or whatever so sorry if its not.

My question is how do I put a video from youtube onto my site using microsoft frontpage?

Its confusing as balls for me..

Its my video and I have the file so I could just import it and do it that way?
What does it look like if I do it that way? If you can that is..

I thought it would be so simple to just copy and paste the "embed" code or whatever but nope.

Im not the smartest cookie so any help is appreciated :)

Make sure you are in the HTML editing mode. You can paste the <embed> code directly to the HTML code, but not to the WYSIWYG editor.
