Please help~installing using Fantastico

I'm trying to install phpBB3, but I can't figure out how to do that. I went to the File Manager, made a new file and then uploaded the phpBB3 zip file to it. How do I install it now? Am I supposed to go to that url? If so, how do I do that?

if you are installing phpBB3, you will need to manualy upload the phpbb3 files to the folder you just created, and follow the installation readme file to continue.
There is a setup url that will get you started.

if you are installing phpbb2, you can do it from cpanel.. go to fantastico... left menu. Select phpbb2 and follow the prompt.

I didn't even see the prompt until now. Thanks. I'll just install phpBB2.
