cant install oscommerce

I want to install oscommerce but I currently have a joomla site. so I decided to delete my joomla site(backed it up first in case it doesnt work) and install os. When ever I try to install it I get an error that reads you can not install more then one script in the root directory. What does this mean? It will let me install it into a sub directory just not the root. is there any way to reset what I have done and start from scratch again?

1. On your root directory you must find a directory named .fantasticodata
2. Inside .fantasticodata there is a file named installed_in_root.php
3. Delete this file.
4. Now it should work.

thanks esabogal that worked. The issue I am haveing now is Users an not creat an account. I get a 404 creat_account.php does not exist. What do I do? most say it is an ssl Issue, I think I have it right It should be secure.hostmonster.com/domainname right!
