Can't send/receive mail

Hello, I have a great problem, I'm not getting mails for a week or more, and today I've tried to send one to myself (another account), and found: the message could not be sent because connecting to SMTP server at mail.ocili.com failed. The server may be unavailable or refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your SMTP setting is correct and try again, or else contact your network administrator.

Please tell me what to do, and where to find the SMTP and POP3 settings.

Looks like a problem with SMTP on the server you are on (checked dnsreport.com and that errors on your domain as well).

I suggest you contact the support guys to get this fixed as there's not much you can do about it...
