Payment
So if I pay the $95.40 I will get a domain and hosting and won't have to pay again until next year? So if I wanted to go to the 24 Month account which is $142.80 it would last for 24 months which is 2 years, right? No payments in between?
Templates
Does Host Monster provide free templates?
Add-on and sub-domains
What are the differences between these two and how do they work?
MySQL Databases
How do these work?

Payment - correct.
Templates - While I haven't needed to use it myself so I can't be sure, I believe that the Pagewizard site builder offered does have templates.
Domains - A subdomain is a second level on top of your original domain (ie. if your domain is domain.com, a subdomain would be subdomain.domain.com). An addon domain is a different domain name with a different website to your original (domain1.com, domain2.com, etc, all with different websites). On the same note, a parked domain is a different domain that points to your original site (ie. your original is domain.com, if you park domain2.com, they will both show the same website)
MySQL - MySQL (and SQL as a whole) is a data storing language/database. Data is stored in tables and can be retrieved for any purpose you wish (some common examples: user registration, surveys, data storage, guestbooks, forums, there is no limit to what you can add). You can read up on some info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SQL, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MySQL

Well done linFox! Just to add in something, there are lots of sites that offer free templates for websites so this should be the least of your problems if the page wizard doesn't offer it

Hold on a sec, so is it a part of my original domain or is it a domain of it's own. And do they share hosting space?

When you add a domain, it is a domain of it's own. Let's say you start out with one domain, "domainone.com". Later on, you can add another domain, "domaintwo.com". When people visit domaintwo.com, they will see no reference to domainone.com and vice versa.
You can add unlimited domains on one Hostmonster account, but they'll be treated like individual web sites. Hostmonster's unlimited domain hosting is a good alternative to buying a separate hosting package for each domain you own.

One last little question, when you say
for each domain you own does that mean I can get another domain from host monster or should I look somewhere else?
(I hope I asked that correctly)

You should be able to buy your domain from almost any registrar. Then when registering it, you indicate ns1.hostmonster.com (and also ns2) as the DNS entry in the registration (you will probably have to override a setting supplied by the registrar which points at THEIR DNS). Then return to your cPanel here at HM and use the add-on domain tool to "acquire" this domain. The files for whatever you set up for that domain will live inside a folder inside your public_html and the size of the contents of that new domain will count against your 200 (or 300) GB total. You can repeat this until you run out of ideas for new domains or the money to buy them, whichever comes first.
Note that if you are simply into acquiring likely domain names, you can also 'park' a domain which I think means that it points at another existing domain on your site.

not to worry, bottom line is, with hostmonster hosting, you can have/host few websites here.
eg. www.yourdomain111.com
eg. www.seconddomain222.com
eg. www.lovely-directory.net
etc.etc. all in the same hosting plan. :)
