Problem in sending messages to members of the databases

There is a big problem in hostmonster in sending messages to members in the Arabic language of databases, this problem in each SITES Arab common with hostmonster and I used vbulletin, xpoos

hi, you can change the .htaccess to support the utf-8
.. after that, unicode can be view in email.
